You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use this content and that its use will not infringe on the rights of any third party.

 

3. Confidentiality

 

We will keep all client information and materials confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as set forth in our Privacy Policy.

4. Fees and Payment

 

Our fees for services will be set out in a separate agreement between you and our agency. All fees are due and payable in advance of services being rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services if fees are not paid in a timely manner.

 

5. Termination

 

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all fees for services rendered up to the date of termination will be due and payable.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

 

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation or arbitration.

 

7. Governing Law

 

This agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

 

8. Entire Agreement

 

These Terms, together with any separate agreement between you and our agency regarding fees and other specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and our agency and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. By continuing to use our services after these changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
